ACQA provides a range of benefits to members. Membership is provided at a range of levels and the fee structure is based membership type.
Membership Types
Membership to ACQA is provided at 3 different levels:
Individual Members -
- Membership to ACQA
- Email alerts to advise members of changes to the website.
- A news alert system to keep members up to date with important information.
- A change log to keep members up to date with website changes.
- Access to an online forum to share information with other ACQA members.
- Bi-monthly professional network, peer support and quality education meetings at no extra cost (except for meals). - A monthly newsletter and access to the JBI Collaboration newsletter on the ACQA website.
- Updates to the website based on feedback at no cost to members.
Associate Members -
- Participation in the NEBACU/ACQA Collaboration (Aged Care): JBI Evidence Utilisation Group and clinical audit program
- Email alerts to advise members of changes to the website.
- A news alert system to keep members up to date with important information.
- A change log to keep members up to date with website changes.
- Access to an online forum to share information with other ACQA members.
- A format for and support in reporting and presenting quality improvement projects.

Organisational Members -
- Initial on-site orientation and training to the ACQA program.
- On-line data submission.
- Automated sector specific monthly benchmarking audit reports.
- Automated organisation custom audit reports so that organisations can benchmark their results amongst their own sites.
- The ability to produce automated site specific indicator graphs once data is entered.
- The ability to produce automated site specific improvement register graphs once data is entered so that improvements across all expected outcomes can be demonstrated.
- The ability to produce automated site specific consumer feedback graphs once data is entered.
- Email alerts to advise that audits are due; this assists members to adhere to the audit timetable.
- Email alerts to advise members of changes to the website.
- A news alert system to keep members up to date with important information.
- A change log to keep members up to date with website changes.
- Shared resources among members including policies, forms and QI Projects.
- Access to an online forum to share information with other ACQA members.
- A format for and support in reporting and presenting quality improvement projects.

Orientation and Training
Organisation Members have the option of receiving on-site initial and ongoing training from the Network Coordinator. The session will cover areas such as understanding and using the audits, indicators and registers, interpreting the reports and orientation to and use of the website.
Any travel, accommodation and incidental costs incurred to provide the training must be borne by the Organisation Member. Training sessions to multiple organisations is advisable to defray these associated costs.
