Active Quality Management Systems ("Active Quality")

Since 2012, Active Quality has provided ACQA with an Aged-Care-specific Continuous Quality Improvement software solution. The Quality Management software includes various incident registers, indicators and audits. 

ACQA members provide regular feedback as part of our Network Meetings, and updates are applied to the platform on a bi-annual basis, helping our members to stay current with legislative and regulatory changes.

The software is cloud-based. There is nothing to install or maintain. It is easy to learn and there is support for using the system through our quarterly Network Meetings.

Website Design and Web Development

ACQAs website has been developed in consultation with Intelligent Developments in Sydney. Intelligent Developments provides Digital Strategy, Website Design, Web Development and Sharepoint Consulting Services, along with ongoing hosting, maintenance and support.

Intelligent Developments were able to assist ACQA by reviewing our Digital and Communications Strategy and were able to guide us through design, development and delivery of the ACQA website.

The ACQA website forms the primary communications channel for ACQA, with members able to stay up-to-date with latest news, and register for upcoming ACQA Network Meetings.
