Dear Members,

As part of the functionality of the Active Quality system, users can export their tabular data to Excel or CSV. On tables where this functionality is available, you will see a toolbar on the top right hand corner, next to the Search box.

The export toolbar functionality requires Flash to be enabled to work. Recently, Chrome published an update to its browser configuration that has disabled Flash by default.

To get it working, you will need to re-enable Flash. We have produced a PDF guide to help you re-enable Flash and regain access to the data export functionality.

We are working on a more permanent fix, and in the interim these instructions will let you continue to export and download your data.
