In the recent past, common browsers like Google Chrome and others have phased out flash support in their browsers. Our data export functionality had been reliant on flash.

As of today, we introduced the ability to export data without flash. This means that members who have had issues in the past exporting data should no longer have any issues.

To export data, navigate to Incident, Feedback or Audit form that you want to export from the left menu, and click the Export to Excel button on the toolbar at the top of the results table.
