At our quarterly Network Meetings, ACQA members participate in co-authoring and co-design activities, regularly reviewing our tools and audits, sharing insights and experiences, and suggesting improvements.

Based on feedback from members, we have made updates to the following audits:

  1. Assessment and Care Planning,
  2. Information Management,
  3. Medication Chart, and
  4. Medication Management

The Leisure, Health and Wellbeing Audit has been completely rewritten, and is currently in review. We expect changes to this audit to follow in the next quarter.

All changes to audits are detailed in the Meeting Minutes on our website. Updates to forms and audits from the workshops flow through to the system on a bi-annual basis.
