Today we have introduced a brand new Organisational Governance audit. This audit covers much of Standard 8, and is a foundational piece of the new SQF.
We have also updated the Feedback Management audit (previously known as the Complaints Management audit). This audit provides results for Quality of Care Principles 2014: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.8, 3.2, 3.8 & 3.9, and SQF Standards 6, 7 & 8. The audit is next scheduled for September.
With all the new and revised audits, we encourage you to take your time and complete the audit carefully and accurately. By noting any non-conformances you can identify gaps and put a plan in place to close them out. Auditing accurately/aggressively on the first audit cycle may also help you demonstrate improvement between audit cycles throughout the transition to the new Standards.
